Are you getting them every 15 minutes? Don't have XCHG in front of me, but IIRC you do this via mailbox store properties. You can make your own schedule, but I picked the predefined schedule to generate one message at midnight.

Thanks for the response but i was more asking if there is a way to have exchange realise its already sent a message rather than have several messages saying the same thing. IIRC i dont think there is a way to do that but i thought i would check.

My setup emails users once a day at midnight when they are over quota, isn't this default behaviour?
