Teachers to Parents causes a cross site scripting error in IE

One of my schools uses teachers to parents to send texts to parents. It has a component that updates the site automatically with data from SIMs.

When ever they try and run the update from SIMs instead of opening the page like its supposed to IE says that it has prevented the site from loading to to cross site scripting.

Is there anyway to fix this?

If you add the sites to the trusted sites list I *think* it should work.
It does bypass a lot of security though....

I thought that but was rather hesitant to add things to trusted sites on the main admin server.

You could nerf a lot of the settings manually but it would affect all in the trusted zone.
