Hi,
We are currently experience a problem when accessing sites that require Java (Samlearning.com)
A small dialog box appears requiring a username and password. When entering a correct username the box just keeps reappearing and the Java fails to load.
We are running the latest version of Java, and ISA 2004. Its gonna get very urgent as the Year 11s are starting to use Samlearning for revision.
We have used Samlearning before with problems.
any ideas?
Thanks.

I fear it could be your ISA server proxy authentication which is not configured properly. As we do not use ISA i cannot help you anymore on this. Google for an answer or perhaps someone will be able to identify with your requirements as they may have had the same issues on this forum, have a nosey around.

Thanks, I fear it is the ISA, I had a quick look around the forum and couldn't find anything.
I will Google it when I get some free time!
Thanks for the reply.

We have this at times, and didn't modify ISA, we just disabled Caching on Sun Java and it seemed to stop it, strange I know but it fixed it for us. Also you have to remember to logon as DOMAIN\USERNAME rather than just USERNAME

Thanks John,
Yeah tried the Domain\Username, it didn't do anything. All seems ok now though.
Will give it a proper test tomorrow.
