wsus & 2k

does wsus update win2k workstations because i've been testing it and have gotten half a room of machines listed on the computers page and a week later they're still all missing patches all over the place?

i know it might sound silly but are the 2000 patches set to auto install or are they approved or whatever settings you have?

one room of 31 computers is on wsus through group policy. i have 26 computers in wsus but 12 of them are listed twice. i have the startup script running a wipe once settings script i found here. that seems to be one problem.

i just realised most of the updates required havent been automatically downloaded by wsus even tho there are 768 approved updates. all the required updates found in the "updates needed by computers" section on the front page dont seem to be listed anywhere else. but i can approve them manually thru there.
just realised all the other updates were set to detect only not install so that doesnt help....

i think iknow. it seems to have gotten stuck on the downloads, sure it said the same a few weeks ago

dang it its run out of diskspace now. gonna have to start again with a new drive. can i move the update repository or will i have to reinstall it pointing at another drive? thx
