Manage Office 2K3 Dictionary Language Via GPO

I've had a quick look at previous posts but am still unsure.

I've noticed that Office seems to be defaulting to the US Dictionary. Is there anyway i can change this via GPO?

As far as I can see no, you cannot do this with 2003 ORK Tools, but I believe you can with 2007.

It should simply be a case of double clicking 'English (U.K' at the bottom of MS Word 2003 and setting the default here. If it affects everyone, allocating new profiles maybe one solution to this.
