    WSUS

Not sure I'm going to explain this well, but here goes.

I've had a WSUS server running for a couple of years now and everything has been easy as we've only had XP clients with Office 2003, and I've applied all the updates I wanted to all of our computers.

Now that we are starting to use windows 7 should I configure 2 computer groups within WSUS, one for XP one for 7, or can I just approve all the updates and expect only the relevant ones to apply to the correct OS?

    Thanks

you can create another group but there isnt much point the pcs will only pick up the updates for their windows/office version
