When pupils login and use MS Office they do not get the full complement of clip art images.
When staff log in they can see them all.
OK its a permissions thing i suppose but what permissions?
In GP i block their access to the c: drive.
Any ideas?

We block access to the C: drive and they dont have any trouble accesing local clip art. I tent to point them towards online clip art as well though.
What version of Office?
Do staff use the same method of accessing the Internet as the students?
Office connects to online clipart and does so anonymously. We had a similar problem and had to create firewall rules for unauthenticated access to the office websites involved.
