    Group Policy Problem

I am having a problem with group policys not applying, altho gpresult is showing that they are applied some infact are not - i have noticed as you can see below that the ones that are not applying (Global Wallpaper for example) appear in the gpresult on an affected machine twice - whereas on a machine which you get the gpos applying they appear once. I am totally stumped and not quite sure of a fix, any ideas?

Hate to say it, but I can't see any difference between those two. Am I missing something?

If you look closely you will notice an extra line between "kbps" and "Group"

    e.g.

Group Policy slow link threshold: 500 kbps

    Applied Group Policy Objects

    and

Group Policy slow link threshold: 500 kbps
    Applied Group Policy Objects
