    Outlook 07

    Hi All,
    We have installed Office 07 Professional on various computers around the school, but for some reason Outlook 07 is not installed on a few of the computers.
    I have tried putting the CD back in and adding Microsoft Outlook however this did not work.
    Any ideas?

    Its not the shortcut that is missing the actual application is not installed.

    have you tried uninstalling the whole suite and reinstalling again?

    by doing that will i have to put in a new product key? or will it just pick up the old one
