    WPKG might be handy for some pesky software packages to deploy maybe like TrueCrypt.

    I'm using it a bit, seems quite good and more flexible then using AD.

    It's not however a golden bullet, it took me quite a while for instance to get it to deploy CS4 properly. For some reason the installer wouldn't work from a network location, even with a drive letter set. Ended up configuring it to copy the deployment files to the work station and run them from there.
