At the beginning of this term, yes and then I gave 2 weeks warning before deleting all jpegs in personal areas. It felt so good! You could almost hear the server sigh with relief

Our server isn't too bad for holiday snaps (they're on the staff laptops and I no longer back up the "My Pictures" folder - and sporadically check any suspiciously large backups for personal folders).

Unfortunately in Primary there seems to be a new Govt initiative that means that the teachers have to have GBs of photos and videos for "evidence". I suspect that whoever came up with that policy has shares in some business that will benefit from new server/storage discs/installations!

    Hmm, looks familar.

    Students

    Staff

Amazingly 100 staff use more space than 450 students.

Executable files is worrying, File Server Recource manager is supposed to stop these being saved.
