I seem to be getting mixed information here as to if this will work or not. There is no x64 Exchange so I would like to know if anyone has this or has attempted it?
Cheers
Chris

No 64bit support in 2000 or 2003, but there is in 2007 which is out in 10 days time, so hang fire for that as its one nice looking upgrade.
I wouldnt be able to afford a licence this year and theres the CALs to think of as well no doubt.
I am going to reinstall the server to 32 bit server as it wont be too much hassle as it only handles files.
why not install the Beta.. would that not last untill you could afford the upgrade? i didn't check just an idea.
Id rather not bother with sofware that might turn out to be troublesome. I know exchange 2003 works and hasnt been any trouble for me. I wouldnt trust anything just released :P Im not gaining anything from the 64 bit infact all these software problems are being a pain.

I have kept all my Servers, despite 90% of them being 64bit machines on 32bit windows deliberatly to ensure that these issues don't crop up. The world was not ready for Server 2003 X64 like we really weren't ready for XP X64 either.
