    PDF to DOC

    Does anyone know if there is any free software that can successfully convert PDF to DOC. and handles images and tables?

    Although not quite what you ask for, OpenOffice Draw will make a PDF editable for you.

    I have to agree with rh91uk. I have used PDF to Word and it works fine, may take a few minutes before you get the file back but its quick and simple, but I wouldnt recommend for confidential documents.

    take a day to email it back but their is a download of the trial sw which does it instantly

    Is pdftoword from anybizsoft?
    i recently downloaded it from GiveAwayofTheDay.com
    it seemed to work okay, not great, but pictures and tables were copied over as images and most text was converted.
    i think i can share the file if you want as it was a giveaway...

    Yesterday a head told me you could convert pdf to word - I said you couldn't without spending dosh or getting a heap of junk - he said you could

    He showed me Convert PDF to Word (DOC) — 100% Free!

    So I come here to share and someones already done it.

    What'll get me - is that there will be billions of people along saying they've been doing it for years

    Freeware Genius updated his post of comparative test on PDF to Word Converter. AnyBizSoft PDF to Word Converter has been involved in. According Samer's post and my try it works well in preserving layouts and elements from PDF files to Word. You may have a look.
