Office 2007 is a bit problematic when creating individual reports and profile reports, but there is a fix that I have used and I now have no problems, let me know if you need the fix and I'll post it here.

Not yet!
Though I did have to store the SIMS connect.ini file locally on the W7 machines, as I couldn't get them to pick up the network copy.
