HP PSC 2510 printer install on Server 2003

Im having great difficulty finding any drivers for this printer to work off a server 2003 machine. Ive read some forums on HP and they said about editing the autorun.ini file and changing the overide string to Yes from No. People have said that it has worked but dont work for me.
Does anyone know of any 2003 drivers for this printer.

That printer is utter junk.

yeah i know that, but its the art dept.. they bought it.
Im just wanting the drivers.

Try the W2k drivers, they *might* work. However they might also break your spooler.

In the long run it'll be less hassle just to replace the printer.

tried that dont work..
and we suggested that too and he started to have a right rant

Have you not got a cruddy old deskjet in a cupboard someplace you can swap it out for?

And just hooking it up to a local desktop PC isn't an option?

well thats how it is set up now, but it is really bodged together, as we have printers running through print servers so you have to install the printer on the local machine, then install the print server software on each machine.. and there are 8 machines in total and the install and set up takes about 30 mins each

Ok seems you have two options then:

a) leave it as it is.
b) convince member of staff to part with money.
