RockYou Style Photo SlideShows in PowerPoint
Hi Guys,
I've got a PowerPoint presentation that I run as a basic digital signage system here at school. I was wondering if anybody knows if it is possible to insert a "RockYou" style photo slideshow, which will zoom and fade around a series of images I enter into it, Like you find on MySpace profiles, within a slide in the PowerPoint Presentation.

Regards,
Matt

We're just looking at something similar using photoshow [free MS app] to save as a movie and link into a powerpoint slide. Some funky slideshow an Art teacher made up showcasing kids work.

Will Producer from Microsoft (free at http://www.microsoft.com/office/powe...o/default.mspx ) do some of this for you?

I have just been having a play around with Microsoft Photo Story 3.
Its free and can be downloaded here.
Photo Story
I really like it and its seems very simple to use.

Just an FYI; Photo Story requires Windows Media 10 to be installed.

I use Microsoft Max for our photo slideshows. They look really stunning. I'm not sure if you can embed them into powerpoint.
Max uses the new microsoft graphics foundation so you will need to install latest versions of bits but that is built in to the install
