Was having real problems installing this on one of our PCs - [ mine to start with ] - then found this:

Ruminations from the Expression Web support team : Expression Web 3 Installation is taking a Really long time (Really!)

So we now require full hardware acceleration for the progress bar......How stupid. I'm lost for words - I dread to think where ICT will be in 10 years time if having to put up with this nonsence.
