Sharing data
I work in 20 schools with two other technicians and we are looking into a way to share information between ourselves like passwords, licence codes etc better.
It must be available easily but secure online or sent directly to our iPhones or accessed by them and can be updated by everyone.
The solution I have looked is an excel file in google docs but Google Docs just dont look that good and would mean logging in all the time from our phones.
Does anyone know of a solution that we could use by all 3 of us that looks professional and does exactly what is says on the tin or have a excel/access/software solution ?
We use iPhones and have server 2003 and Outlook 2003 from the main office and have dropbox installed

Maybe a shared folder behind a VPN with all relevent security in place is a better way to go?
Still requires logging in though...

Write (or find) an iPhone app that accesses a central server application via HTTP. You know the parties involved in accessing the data so you don't need to sort out public/private key encryption (like HTTPS), you can use any encryption algorithm you like, of any strength you like.
