Disable Smartboard Customer Experience
I've only rolled out V9.5x to one school and the teachers complained that it takes a long time to exit the program/save files.
When installing the latest on a laptop to see if it was computer or software related I was asked about switching on the "Customer Experience Program".
This makes the machien call home to tell Mr Smart what features are being used.
Eureka I thought - and sure enough - I'd enabled it on the teacher computers -switching it off - problem goes away.
