    Steadystate error

I'm receiving this error "Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for a transaction response from the Windows SteadyState service" on my netbooks. It eventually starts and the users can logon but it causes a long pause at logon.

Help!! Timeout (30000 milliseconds) waiting for a transaction response from the Windows SteadyState service

I'm going to try a couple of the tweeks mentioned but i'm wondering if anyone else seen this?

    Thanks.

I saw it once and there was a registry key that had to be set to a certain time value in milli seconds and correct permissions assigned etc and then was fine afterwards at least in my case

More brownie points coming your way if you can remember which key?

Sorry to drag this up again but can you remember what reg key it was, none of the fixes that turn up when I google it solve the issue for me.
