We use PXE boot extensively, it boots most of our workstations.
The client gets the boot image name and tftp server location from DHCP so you'll need to configure the DHCP server with the location of the tftp server and the boot image name. Then just dump the pxe boot image onto the tftp server and set the workstations to boot by PXE.
    here is a howto http://www.linux.com/howtos/Clone-HO...tting-up.shtml
theres also free windows tftp servers, sadly I don't have a recomendation as to which is fastest/securest/bestest.

also if you use a RIS server (RIS is essentially a MS tftp server) you can get the RIS server to deliver other images http://thinstation.sourceforge.net/MSRIS-HOWTO.html

Just a note... the 3COM tools come with Ghost corporate but I've never seen them to buy separately.

The TFTP server I use with my Thinstation clients is called TFTPD32 IIRC. I've set this up as a service using SRVANY. I also run RIS on another server.

Also if you have Linux box on your network, you can put a TFTP server on that.
