    1) It doesn't scale well. The last place uses it with some 700+ workstations and the box crashes regularly. I think the amount of hits it gets causes it to overload and die when you try to access the logs. Here we have around 300 workstations and I've never had a problem with the box.
Ah thats our problem then. We had 700 PC's when I joined, now nearing 800 and cant get the thing to work propperly.

Currently on our 5th box (in 2 yrs) as the thing gets an update and then fails to work.

The current server is ok but not able to give it the time to monitor what it is catching.

ill join you in that, 7 rack in 2 years, due to either DB files not deleting propley, firmware updates breaking big time. In fact it has got out of hand now, monday a securus engineer is coming to the school to swap out our sixth box for our 7th as the lcd screen is not displaying anything, and that was suppost to be a new box, fail!

when it works it is really good bit of software but there hardware for there rack mount is so unstable with the software that runs on it.

I notice that AB Tutor has added keylogging to version 6. Only a 25 update on previous version per console (clients all free).

Plenty problems with ours. I wasn't aware of anything comparable, but Impero looks interesting.
