Has anyone had issues with Sophos Antivirus breaking IE Shortcuts
When a user double clicks on a IE Shortcut The print dialogue box comes up(helpful)
The problem lies with Hips blocking
After removing a registry key all goes back to normal(if you keed the key just ask)
unfortunately when sophos updates the reg key is replaced (even more helpful)
is anyone else having this issue.
I know one other school is but i would like to know how widespread this issue is.
Sophos have had this issue sent to"Global Support" but they have not got back to us yet.
Thanks

old version of psapi.dll in the windows folder was causing the problem
