hi guys
i have set all staff for man profiles, i also have redirected there app data folder as well, however when i login as a memeber of staff always get the outlook 2007 start and configure your mail box, we run it exchange 07 so it goes through but is there a way of stopping it so once the user has done it once they will never have to do it again.

You could use a program called RichProfile.exe. It runs with a command line on login and will configure outlook for you. When the end user opens outlook it will go direct to the inbox.
RichProfile
Hope it helps.

I never managed to get it running with a VB script, i used a batch file instead.

7th August 2009, 11:37 AM #5 Code:
set owsh = Wscript.CreateObject("Wscript.Shell")
owsh.Run ("RichProfile.exe ABC-Mail %username% %username% N D") adapt for your personal needs, but that should do it... may need tweaking.
