    GPO settings for IE

Ok folks ... help an aging bloke out here ...

I am trying to sort out some stuff with pop ups.

There are a number of sites that I want to allor pop-ups to run by default for all users and it would be handy to implement this vie GPO. I suppose I could do stuff with users on a mandatory profile but that would not covere staff and it means fiddling every time I have a new site to add.

I have had a brief hunt in the GPOs to locate a suitable place but old age and frustration with B&Q has meant I can't find it ...

Can anyone help me out here?

    Re: GPO settings for IE

If the setting isn't in GPO by default you can create custom adm files for a given registry setting.
If your not sure where to find the exact setting you could monitor the reg for changes.

does anyone know which has precedence, GPO or mandatory profile?

I need to do this soon to allow animated gif's in IE - I think our profile has them turned off

Is the "Pop-up allow" list not good enough then?

User, Administrative Templates, Windows Components, Internet Explorer, Pop-up allow list.
