Disable third party toolbars in IE

I have disabled third party toolbars in the GPO but when IE loads I still get the Google toolbar. I have done a GPupdate and restarted the PC, is it just a matter of time for the setting to apply and yes users are local admins due to some software issues.

Isn't there another setting - something about toolbar rebranding - that can also be set? Not with my installation at the minute so can't check it out. Sorry.

These scripts can be run which will automatically detect and remove Google Toolbar if detected at logon.

Now thats the main ones done, any ideas on how to silently get rid of the sparkelbox toolbar?
