Got a strange one here - (i seem to have got it all this summer!)
restoring a set of PCs via RIS - identical PC's to the other rooms - only differnece is no Floppy or CD/DVD drives
RIS goes thru fine, PC reboots and Sysprep's Mini-Setup starts
But the PC's are hanging at "Please Wait..."
The only thing i can think of is the lack of a Floppy Drive as IIRC this is when SYSPREP checks for a sysprep.inf file on the A: drive
Is there anyway round this problem?

Our new technician fell for this as well, I have been off taking some holiday I am owed and have left him to RIS some old PC's with a new image. He came to me witht he same problem. Only difference was..........I was lying on a beach when i took the phone call..........................! poor sod could not apologise enough, but its my own fault i did tell him to ring me if he had any problems and to be fair he did not know I had arranged to go away at the last minute......
