    ftype - program location?

Does anyone know in which directory the ftype program is located? I need the full path, but I can't seem to find it anywhere.

Might be a silly suggestion, but isn't it part of CMD rather than a standalone app - the same as other basic commands like dir, del etc?

It's probably just a DLL or something along these lines. Not a standalone application as such (as mentioned above).

Are you trying to launch it from a script or similar?

If so, try running "cmd /c ftype etc etc etc"

Because ftype is an intrinsic command you need to launch cmd in order to run it.
