Unfortunately we use Lotus Notes on site here and one of the users is having a problem where she doesnt get a pop up when e-mails are recieved. I've enabled all the tick boxes in the preferences but it refuses to work.

Any ideas? i'm not sure if the problem is on the local machine or elsewhere.
