I just had a student print to a staff members shared printer. I thought i could easily see who printed it, but when I log in I see nothing under System Event Logs
. Any ideas?

27th May 2009, 10:24 PM #2 Normally it will be logged as "print" category under system on the computer that the printer is connected to.
In future you could install something like PaperCut - Print Logger - a free print job logger for Windows. to keep track on this sort of thing!

unfortunatly there was no event showing who printed to her printer, and i have no idea why.
Regardless I'll try the check the "Keep list of Printed Documents" box and take it from there.
