sp1 exchange 2007

We have 6 servers in our exchange 2007 setup
2 Client access servers
2 Hub transport servers
2 Mailbox servers

I am about to install SP1 , does it matter which servers I do first or is there a recommended order
googled it but didnt find any thing.

How many users do you have that necessitates that many servers ?

I don't run exchange, if this seems like a silly question...

We followed the Microsoft recomendation for clustered servers
I would have been happy with 2 servers but better to follow the recomendation if possible then when it has problems they dont say ah that's why.
