fireworks 8.0 language issue when deploying

There is an issue that has been talked about at APP deploy regarding fireworks 8 and deploying with GPO.

when you add to your policy it thinks fireworks langauage is chinease.

Fireworks 8 admin install defaults to Chinese (Taiwan) language in GP

Has any one else had this issue?

Does any one know where in ORCA you would set language to english?

I have tried telling it to ignore language in policy. That didn't work.
All other studio 8 apps deply fine.
It has a go at fireworks but then fails.

After setting the option to ignore language have you set the package to redeploy?
