    Serif Webplus x2

    We are currently running web plus x2 on our network and alot of the student and teachers are having problems.

    The first problem they are having is inserting pictures. When they try to insert a picture they get an error that says "Failed To Upload File" This error only happens on some machines.

    The second proble we are having is on most machines when the students are working on their websites they get an error message in a pop up box to say that an error log has been saved but as nobody has told us when the message has been on screen we do not know were the error log is saved. After this error message is displayed and the student clicks ok the program will then shut down.

    Has anyone had these problems before? Do you know how to solve them? Also one last thing could you please tell me where the error log is saved?

    You could try searching the computer for files modified that day, that should certainly cut the list down to a manageable few.

    Check with Serif Support. I've always found them really helpful.

    I checked this morning at all computers are running the latest version of serif and we are still having the issue. Do you have any idea on what the log could be called or were it could be saved?
