We need to do a remote support session with serco.
For some reason Gotoassist doesn't always connect.
Our isp say its not them blocking. We haven't changed isa rules.
Its so random, One day can be fine the next it wont.
I'm interested to hear if anyone else has this problem. We have recently moved to Serco Facility and its a pain getting help if you cant get gotoassist running. We havnt had it working for months, then suddenly its worked flawlessly for the past few weeks. Today its stopped again!
We were told by an IT support company that it was because we hadnt installed DNS on our MIS server (strangely, we havnt had any issues with DNS and people arnt using that server for the GTA sessions. I'm not quite sure how they came to that conclusion)
