I'm trying to set up the smb_web_share block for moodle and have run in to an active directory issue where I can authenticate a user against AD using php and return the attributes for the user (objectclass=*). The problem is that I'm not getting the homeDirectory attribute I want! A dump of the array will give me the following attributes:

objectClass
cn
sn
givenName
distinguishedName
instanceType
whenCreated
whenChanged
displayName
uSNCreated
memberOf
uSNChanged
name
objectGUID
userAccountControl
primaryGroupID
objectSid
sAMAccountName
sAMAccountType
userPrincipalName
objectCategory
dSCorePropagationData
mail

I know the users I'm testing with have a homeDirectory mapped and I can see the attribute in ADSIedit.

Does anyone know if the domain functional level controls the attributes returned in LDAP search? Our DC's are currently at the windows 2000 native functional level.

Regards

Well and truly stumped for now!
