This useful thing come up over at rm forums (as rm are using paid version for remote support of servers).

logmein.com the free version is more than i need means can remote into home computers with ease with having to open firewall no router. Can remote into family pc's from other locations.

has been mentioned here b4 too - goes nicely through firewalls into sch too

use free ver for remote support - just change password - invite another user - change back when they're done.
