Not sure if this is the right forum....
I set my parents up on talktalk e-mail last weekend (they've just gone onto broadband, finally!), when they e-mail me they get the following bounce back (as does another TalkTalk user). I can't decide if it's our server bouncing them or TalkTalk not liking us! I have recently added RBLs to our Exchange Server and have seen a reduction in Spam (we use Sophos Puremessage as well) so am reluctant to take them off.....

Definitely Spamhaus - ZEN I think. I'll check the other tomorrow. Maybe I've gone too far the other way now.....
Cheers local, I hoped it was that way round as I've checked and checked on blacklists and our server isn't listed anywhere (thankfully!)

26th February 2009, 10:52 PM #5 Hmm, well, ttsmtp.cpwnetworks.com isn't listed at Spamhaus at the moment, but it could have just been removed and DNS is still catching up. Your mail server logs should reveal which RBL it's being caught in. I've dealt with spamhaus before though, in a previous life, and they're a
PITA

27th February 2009, 01:47 PM #6 it was uceprotect.net, I found it by trawling through the logs. Learnt something new today (i.e. where the relevant logs are!) As well as running scripts in exchange powershell. Amazing how much has been blocked by the RBLs
!! Just have to keep an eye for any other false positives, from research it looks like talktalk were blacklisted when their mail servers went down last week.......
Thanks guys
