Hi all,
Interesting issue that's cropped up today.
Students and staff, when trying to save a Publisher document, get an error message telling them that they don't have access to the area to which they are trying to save. Folowing further investigation, it appears that publisher is trying to save to a different default save location than the other office suite applications.
so for example, rather than saving to "My Documents" (which is mapped to the users shared network space), Publisher attempts to use a network drive through "My Network Places" which our users don't have access to and causes it to fail.
Any help will be very gratefully received.
Cheers
