Sophos & Lanschool Student.exe
Our policy is set up to allow the LanSchool Student.exe application (Authorized suspicious behaviour) but Sophos still throws it up as Suspicious Behaviour!
Any ideas?

Ok, I'll rephrase that... in my opinion, their suppoort is fantastic and they have always come up trumps with the issues I've had.

I'd suggest checking the authorization list under your Antivirus policy. That .exe might be listed under both suspicious files and behavior.

22nd January 2009, 09:41 AM #6 I just authorized it locally on each PC, using the icon in the sys tray.
Never had an issue again.
