Outlook 2003 & IMAP Googlemail

Has anyone seen an error like this reported by Outlook (and how did you fix it? )

Have you enabled IMAP Access from your gmail account ? (link from the top right hand side SETTINGS - Forwarding and POP/IMAP)

Yes everything was working, and no settings have changed on the client.
I have google'd it but no one seems to know the cause?

Ye I've had a few problems similar to this, i just right clicked on the server in outlook (so here its mail.westberk.org) click IMAP folders, Click query, select all the folders, unsubscribe them all, then subscribe them all again normally sorts the problem here.
