Thats the right link but smoothie doesn't have a content filter.

Why not just reconfigure your PC/Router/Network to use opendns, that works pretty well and it's free.

Thanks for the info, I tried K9 very good. I also found Crawler parental control, you can get it from download.com. Very good program for free of course as well!
