Link entire excel sheet to one in another book
We have one person here who updates the staff timetable and room timetable to excel sheets in her area.
The publically available staff timetable excel sheet is linked entirely to her personal one.
I know to link one cell to one in another workbook you do
= (click on other worksheet, click cell in there), go back to new sheet and press enter.
But how do I link every cell in sheet 1 of say hidden.xls to every cell in sheet 1 of public.xls, so when she updates hidden.xls it updates public.xls
Sorry if I haven't made that sound clear, I know what I mean in my head, it's just explaining it

I know what you're getting at, but wouldn't it be just as well she copied and pasted the updated spreadsheet into the public area?

Why not set security on it so everyone can read, but she can also write to it...
I'm pretty sure you link spreadsheets in the same way, just in square brackets you have the file name. You probably have to allow everyone access to read the hidden file in its current location...
In which case, a single read-only file would be better...
