Whoops i have made a slight error on the school network.
Over the weekend i was clearing some disk space on our network and accidently compressed the files on our file server, and was wondering if i can reverse this action.
thanks

Right Click the compressed Folder,
Properties,
Advanced Button,
Uncheck 'Compress contents to save disk space'
sorry i need to do it for the whole drive. I could do individual folders but would take longer.
All I can think of is if you Compress the folder that contains the compressed folder you want to uncompress, and apply it to all subfolders.
Then when you uncompress that folder you can tell it to apply the uncompress to all subfolders and files.
If you get what I mean?
Which files in particular - it may make no difference as to whether they are compressed or not.
