About LinkBacksGot a machine with an OEM license that Ive just had to do a reinstall and its looking to be activated. But it cant connect to the activation servers.

Is it defintely able to connect to the internet? You haven't got a missing driver somewhere along the line have?

Yeah I have this problem in schools.
Wonder what port the activation runs on, perhaps it is blocked by firewall?
Ive never had a problem before. Its set for unfiltered unrestricted access to the internet just now.
Just activated by phone and it worked fine.
The activation process has always been a bit flaky to me. PITA.
