    New users unable to print in colour

    Hi All,

    We have a situation where all new users we create are unable to print in colour to a machine that was previously giving no trouble at all.

    I'm not sure if an upgrade to Pcounter has broken it or something else.

    Does anybody have any bright (or even dim) ideas?

    Can they print mono jobs to this printer?

    If so it's likely to be in pcounter somewhere

    If they can't print anything to this printer... it's worth checking permissions.

    Hi,

    Yes they can print mono to it. When sending a colour job the printer data revice indicator flashes and it starts to warm up then just stops.

    The printer warming up suggests that something is getting through...

    Any Event Log messages or pcounter log messages for the new users?

    (sorry, I don't know pcounter... but Print Manager Plus which we have, logs denied jobs for users)
