Just found this .::software::. it simulates the windows xp install it might be usefull if anyone is doing an it module that requires the experience of it without actually doing it.
I was looking for a simulated version of windows for things like creating desktop shortcuts etc... for students who are doing some ocr national course.

Something like microsoft use in their exams would be better and should have been produced to go with the course then it could automatically score them on the ability to do something.

If this is all they're used for, could you use SteadyState set to revert at reboot?
