So I just opened up a GPO for editing and got the error below.
I am confused on many levels about this so be patient with me
I assume that PUB9.ADM is for publisher. We don't have publisher and there is no entry for publisher settings in the GPO editor so I don't know why there is a .adm file for it (unless I am mistaken about how they are created and why they are there)
How do you go about resolving this error? My first thoughts were to check any settings for publisher in the GPO (but again there arent any)
Do we need this .adm file? Can I just delete it if we dont have publisher?
Apart from this the GPO seems to be applying correctly so...is it a problem at all?
Any help appreciated
Cheers,
Mark

If you can open the GPO, right-click on Administrative Templates and remove the pub9.adm template from the list. (You are correct, it is for Publisher in Office 2000.)
