We are running Exchange 5.5 (don't laugh!
) and I wish to set a rule in my Out of Office so that when an email comes through to my address it gets forwarded on to another address that is not in the GAL.
The 2nd part of the problem is that for an email to be sent to a none GAL address we require to put the words "Release-Authorised:" in the subject line.
So the only way I can see this working is by there being a Forward Template option. That template then having the revelant email address and 'release phrase' already inputted into it.
anybody have any ideas?
Cheers
Glenn
