    Delprof
Delprof.exe is a command-line utility that you can use to delete user profiles on a local or remote computers running Windows 2000, Windows XP, and Windows Server 2003.

if you want to do it on multiple computers do

    Code:
    c:\>for /f %a in ('net view ^| find "prefix" /I ') do delprof /c:%a /q /i
where prefix is a common factor of computer names.

Depends if there are local or Roamin profiles if there are local I would recommend you use a program called Delprof

Download details: User Profile Deletion Utility (Delprof.exe)

If it was a temporary profile it shouldn't still be there anyway, windows discards it regardless. I think you mean cached copies of roaming profiles, in which case delprof.
