is it possible to set a screen/popup after pressing CTRL+ALT+DEL that users have to click to accept the schools AUP policy before they can logon?

something in group policy perhaps?

cant answer that one, but look at the aup in the projects section on the forums. might be an answer to a question you didn't ask!.

Yes, either through group policy or the local policy or the registry (in order of ease). You are looking for the Legal Notice settings.

Yes you can do this using GPOs. Alternatively (if using something third party) you could place a shortcut in the Startup folder.
